IT'S A GIRL!!!
Yep, we're going to have a little girl join our family in December. We are so excited! I thought it was going to be a girl, and I was right. I'm now 2 for 2 for guessing the sex of our kids, yeah go me! I'm so excited to start getting the room ready and getting stuff for a little girl. We're going to name her Marguerite "Maggie" May Colton after both Dan and my great-grandmothers. In the ultrasound they did a 3D image and we got to see Maggie's profile, she looks gorgeous! More importantly she looks healthy and everything is on schedule with the pregnancy! I'm 1/3 of the way done, only 25 weeks to go! Yeah!

Long time, no blog
Well, it has been a while since we've ventured out into the blogosphere. I hope I remember how to do this. Here it goes. Since we last posted something (Josh's announcement - see below), we have had a trip to Utah, a family reunion, and a birthday party for Josh (all in Utah). No, Josh's birthday isn't until July 1, but we had lots of family gathered in Utah while we were there so we thought we'd celebrate with everyone. Here are our pictures combined with Mauri's

Crazy Utah weather!!!
Well Josh and I just got back from spending a few weeks up in Utah in 80 degree, I mean 40 degree, oh wait. . . it's back to 70 degree weather. . . and now it's snowing again! We had all 4 seasons while we were there, sometimes in one day! It is quite funny trying to pack for a place that has the whole gamut of weather possibilities!
Despite the fickle weather we had a great time up in Utah with all of our family! We were able to go to Uncle Niels graduation from BYU (Go Cougs!), get to see little Wesley Paul Brewer, our newest nephew, who Josh just couldn't stop talking about, go to my cousin Christy's graduation from the U of U (otherwise known as the school up north. . . Go Cougs!) and I even got a little mommy time to myself with my mom and sister Becky at Women's Conference, it was awesome!!!Josh played with his aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins a lot! I think one of his favorite things to do up in Utah is to swing on my parents swing-set. Every day he would beg to go swing, even if it was snowing, raining, or hailing . . . all of which occurred while we were there! Hence, Josh fell in love with wearing his boots to play in the wet weather.

A Plethora of Peanut Butter Mmmmmm
It's finals week and Holly and Josh went up to Utah for a plethora of family activities.
"Jefe, what is a plethora?"
"Why, El Guapo?"
"Well, you told me I have a plethora. And I just would like to know if you know what a plethora is. I would not like to think that a person would tell someone he has a plethora, and then find out that that person has no idea what it means to have a plethora."
"Forgive me, El Guapo. I know that I, Jefe, do not have your superior intellect and education. But could it be that once again, you are angry at something else, and are looking to take it out on me?" - The Three Amigos
In the mean time, I am at home studying for finals. So, I thought I'd take a little break and post a couple pictures we took of Josh this week. Josh loves peanut butter. . . but you don't have to take my word for it!

Ah, Summer in April!

I know up in Utah it's still snowing, but down here in sunny Phoenix it's summertime! Josh and I have enjoyed a few days playing in the water and with friends at the zoo, a friend's backyard, swimming, and especially playing in Grandpa's fountain; which he gets into almost every time we go over there! I love the warm weather here! I know it's going to get REALLY hot in a month or so, but right now it's fabulous! Here Josh is playing in an alligator swimming pool with his friends Camden, Cannon & Zoe after just finishing an otter-pop! Does life get any better than this? I submit that it cannot!

Happy Easter
I know it's been over a week, but Happy Easter! Here are a few pictures we took of Josh on Easter. We are so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the Atonement and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. His truly was the greatest gift we could ever hope to receive.

Here's Josh all dressed up ready to go to church. He played with the eggs before we were able to hide them.

Josh started collecting the plastic eggs, but as soon as he found out that they had Jelly Beans in them he figured it would be more fun to just sit and eat the candy. By the way, it normally isn't a family tradition to hunt eggs with no pants on, but Josh decided to climb into Grandpa and Grandma's fountain and so we had to change his clothes and the only thing we had was a red shirt that someone had left at the house. (If anyone in the family is missing this red shirt it is at Grandma & Grandpa's house)
